The goal of S&T Services is to provide complete business solutions whose development requires not only technological know-how, but also, due to the growing market specialization, cooperation with vertical experts and companies oriented strictly at one sector.

In this way, by combining knowledge and experience from many different areas, S&T Services is able to develop and implement systems addressing the exact needs of the customers.

Most of our government customers are beneficiaries of various EU programs. Our consultants are also engaged in projects initiated in the countries included in the EU support programs (such as Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania).
Our Business Solutions department consists of experienced consultants, analysts and project managers whose qualifications have been confirmed by numerous certificates and authorizations.

Many projects owe their success to our cooperation with experts in such areas as night-vision systems, dactyloscopy, telecommunications, tax law, international law, radiolocation, insurance etc. Thanks to those actions, we were able to design and implement a solution supporting hop certification, loyalty programs creation for hypermarkets, frequency monitoring systems, cadastral systems and expert projects for the police and border guard.

The most recent prestigious projects were related to the e-Declarations system architecture for the Ministry of Finance and the preparation of operating procedures for SIRENE Bureau responsible for the development of the national Schengen information system. The PRINCE2 project management methodology applied by S&T has been a framework for the design and execution of these initiatives. However, our present methodology is TOGAF. It provides a comprehensive approach to designing, planning, implementation and enterprise IT architecture management. The IT architecture has been developed on four different levels: business, applications, data and technology.
