S&T provides hardware and software for various IT environments.

Close cooperation with leading IT technology providers allows S&T to offer a single point of contact for the whole IT infrastructure within the customer premises.
S&T designs, builds, integrates and supports IT systems in terms of: structural cabling, networks, PCs and servers; office applications and other software, enterprise management systems, electronic workflow and databases, Web services and complete e-business solutions. S&T servicing policy is in compliance with the widely recognized ITIL methodology. S&T strategy consists in proactive operations and not merely reacting to the reported problems.

The key components of our customers’ IT infrastructure are continuously updated and automatically monitored. The monitoring system sends alerts to the technical support staff and, if necessary, to S&T managers. This makes it possible to observe anomalies in operating environment before they become visible for the users. This may prevent serious system failure and help eliminate problems before they become critical.

Spektator is S&T’s proprietary system based on our own applications and generally available tools. It is an optimal solution in terms of value for money.

S&T service management is supported by IMSLite. IMSLite is a database combining information concerning customers, their operating systems and service requirements, as well as individual service requests. Each request is registered, monitored and reported in the system, which subsequently sends automatic SMS alerts to the engineers featuring information on the problems which need to be solved and the established repair deadlines. IMSLite allows for prompt problem-solving followed by an analysis of the causes of the reported events.
